Vertafore, a leader in modern insurance technology, has introduced Project Impact, an initiative aimed at revolutionizing insurance workflows by delivering technology enhancements and improving efficiencies. The latest Agency Universe Study by the Big “I” found that over half of respondents are seeking greater operating efficiencies to better serve their clients. Project Impact is expected to provide up to two hours of savings per day for each account manager at independent insurance agencies, addressing this critical need by streamlining daily workflows.

Over the next two years, Project Impact will introduce numerous improvements, including simplifying and accelerating the commercial insurance certificate issuance process, easing data-mapping into ACORD forms, managing policy data more efficiently, and introducing standard models for new specialty lines of business. Smart prefill and third-party data prefill enhancements will also help reduce clicks and errors.

Michelle Gibson, Senior Vice President at Brown & Brown Insurance Services, Inc., mentioned that Project Impact has significantly improved their efficiency and reinforced the value they get from their partnership with Vertafore. Similarly, Matt Felgendreher, Principal at Insight Risk Management/Correll Insurance Group, praised Vertafore’s hands-on approach and product enhancements based on feedback from users, which have empowered their staff and enhanced user experience.

Vijay Muniswamy, Sr. Director of Product Management at Vertafore, emphasized the importance of working closely with agents to identify areas for improvement with Project Impact. By driving real change and modernizing solutions to support insurance agency success, Vertafore aims to make a significant impact on the industry.

In conclusion, Vertafore’s Project Impact is set to transform insurance workflows by saving time, increasing efficiency, and enhancing user experience, ultimately benefiting independent insurance agencies and their clients.
